1. Yes, always call the official number BEHIND THE CARD.
2. I use Truecaller app in iOS to help filtering the calls that come in. 0326909200 is already identified as spam (Sales/Promo) |

I just call hsbc to cancelled my credit card amanah.
Forgot to ask cs, how long they take to cancel it?..any notification they will send to me to mention succesfully cancel the card? Email or sms notification? |

Hi, anyone has experience on 0% HSBC balance transfer, they posted the whole amount in the statement, I read some post here, don't understand on this, haven't contact bank yet
I always can't get thru their contact centre Is there a t&c that must only cancel after 6 months? Thanks |

had promised will give u rm 150 sign up bonus, if spend rm 1500 within 90 days of activation, but they didn't honour their promise, don't trust so much on their sweet talk
