just to confirm supplementary card for hsbc signature doesn't have free access to lounge right?

-Only primary card holder enjoy the complimentary visit to the selected Plaza Premium Lounge. The annual fee for supplementary card is RM 300.
Annual Fee Auto Waiver is applicable with the following criteria:
-At least one transaction per month for 12 consecutive months. No minimum amount required.
-Meet minimum annual spend of RM2,000 (follow annual fee date)
-The spend criteria is based on spend done by Primary only. No combined spend for Primary and Supplementary to meet the auto waiver condition.
-The spending included all retail transactions, auto billings and online transactions/e-commerce.
-If you fulfil the above criteria, annual fee will be auto-waived for the subsequent year.

Is HSBC card hard to get approval?

rm5k salary with only one UOB credit card on my hand, no loan currently

applied with Ringgitplus twice (in a year, 6 months interval) and got rejected

which HSBC card do you apply for ?

try to apple again after 6-12 month using direct channel ( via hsbc website) as I know their sign up give also not bad. last time it was rm500 cash back.
also can try to apply another bank beside hsbc before apply hsbc card. as we dont know how the bank approve our application, building credit score and prove your credit rating might help

You try ask in the free lounge section there, as I saw someone posted before they able to use supp card to get free access while the website mentioned only for Primary card. Not sure which bank thou

I applied on end of May, with mortgage loan and few cc. got approved.

Maybe you can try check your ccris first before apply.

My ccris is all 0 for my UOB cc

it is not only about your UOB CC record, the whole details in ccris

Like your others current outstanding and payment records

any special case

any new application past 12 months

and etc....

No new application the only thing appeared in my ccris is just my UOB CC

If apply at branch or in shopping mall need to pay bills la, supp card la blabla to get cashback

too bad then, rejected need to wait 3 months macam before re-apply again.

Don't think it can be too clean...For reference, I have several other credit card, a car hire purchase and applied one Maybank card recently close to HSBC application. My PTPTN has a big fat 38 written on my CCRIS. 0s for everything else though. (Already discussed with officer, advised to not restructure and just pay double every month but told it would be impossible for me to get housing loans, which is fair.)

Hope that helps you to compare your CCRIS and see if there is any other potential factor.
