He asked me to check by next month again. Sigh...this bank really sneaky, always need to follow up on the promotion period and tnc carefully. It is really useless card if this promo is ended. |

Really sneaky They also cap the amount of points you can redeem per month. So by the time they reopen the link to redeem, you might have lost out on a month to redeem and therefore cannot clear all your points https://www.hsbc.com.my/1/PA_ES_Content_Mgm...mption_2016.pdf Teruk betul |

Their marketing department still planning what to do next, so maybe try login next month. Anyway, need to wait and see...as they always changing |

After ding dong for so long and finally a CS picked up my call today, I checked my application and it was declined for the reason of incomplete documents! I said I sent in probably 8 times for this. Then the CS apologised and passed me to credit card department.
Luckily the guy attended to me was helpful and honest to me. Long story short, the spend RM 1.5k and get RM 250 cash back is based on first come first serve basis. I challenged because this is not mentioned in the TnC. Anyway, knowing how bad HSBC is, I thanked the guy for being honest to me. I didn't pursue further. |
