Applied on 3rd oct night thru whatsapp. 4th oct received call from hsbc asking for ea form and pay slip. Sent the details on 5th oct.

Received approval sms on 18th oct.

Already call hsbc cs. They said they deliver my card to the branch which i ticked during application. Need to pick up the card on the branch later.

Side note ; i applied citibank on 3rd oct too. Received call from citibank cs next day. Sent the details on 5th oct. On 11th oct received approval sms. Just after received the approval sms, i download citibank apps and start using the digital card. Received the actual card on 17th oct thru mail to my home. So fast. Citibank give credit limit 3x my monthly salary. Hsbc give CL 2.5x salary.

I have applied cc online since 13th of Oct until now still under processing. Contact the cs chat they said the process takes about 10-14 working days but subject to how many applications overall 😮‍💨 dunno whether will it be approved or not. Am an expat btw, maybe it will take longer time to process ya?

Haiz really slow ya.. mine was like on the 13th submitted and on the 20th the officer contacted for additional docs. So not sure if the application counted from the 13th or the 20th 😌😮‍💨

No choice lor gotta wait then 😮‍💨 mine will be approving later than anyone else i guess since am an expat. They keep asking for additional docs from me

I apply cc through RP on 12 Oct, received call from HSBC on 14 Oct and submit documents at the same day. Until today already 12 working days and it is still under processing. damn it this bank is really slow.
