Yeap you are right 1st time do paper FD, a bit ganjiong because quite a huge portion of my saving

well yes.. no FD promo change for now but might change towards end of the year

Though more people seems to be pointing towards lowering of OPR, but still wait to be seen. Hopefully change of economic situation make it goes UP !

OPR up I'm not sure will happen tis year, maybe next year

is it normal that UOB FD slip doesnt contain any signature from bank or branch manager? Other bank seems to have one..

i applied mine online, i dont even have a slip

UOB FD is statement based. So not an FD cert. No formal signature there.

Yes, it is just a simple slip. All will be consolidated to one statement.

Online doesnt have promo rate, else i will go for eFD for sure.

e-Alliance term deposit i.. 4.1% pa for 12 mths placement minimum 10k..

so i rentas from public bank..
Once receive.. put as per instructed...

then the online statement come out with rate = 3.3%
