The target should be 100% in 5years for gentlebre . Even at 100%, its only 230psf in 2019. Ecopark already 300+psf now

Used another alternate road...instead of the typical jln semenyih from Lekas. ...went all the way via ldp to klia..went through Nilai n Pajam. ..seems longer route..but much lesser traffic almost felt like a line rally time attack drive hehe

If u take ldp pay 1.60 go all the way till u hit the T junction to klia; turning right will lead u towards klia n klia 2....turning left will lead u towards...into college...u will pass by 2 round abts; on the second round abt take 3 o'clock turn n go straight till u see a round abt and a giant on your right ...take 12 o'clock n head further to another T junction...turn left...that's the old Nilai town..from there u can connect onto Pajam n from Pajam into beranang then reach EM - sounds complicated but try studying Google map...its quite easy...I took it for a adventure drive and found this route much better in traffic n less traffic lights...best of all to and fro pay 3.20 n u get to speed in enjoyable Sunday drive

It's not jz abt test drive...I find it becoming a lifestyle event for owners - if every wkend they hold some events ...its quite a good family outing too haha:)
Maybe it jz me...whenever I go over to EM...I m even more convinced I have made the right choice, the serenity of the kampung and having the backdrop of the hilly on the horizon....the breath of fresh air ...yes I m loving it
