Thanks bro jhbey...yes dat day on my way to sales gallery could see from road side...cradleton units are having full clay bricks constructed for entire house- alot of diff between clay brick and sand bricks....entailing on sound proofing and built quality; sadly alot of reputable developers are saving on costs and reaping to the full on the expense of buyers when low costs sand bricks are used instead

I think purchaser already bear the cost as EM pricing is higher than ecohill

So far EM has been living up to its reputation though they are the new kid on the block - with Tan Sri and his team ; they are indeed formidable. Now they to ensure the realisation part lives up to the earlier projection. As EM is their largest KV development this 1 be very telling to the masses and public abt their delivery...do it right they will undoubtedly become the best developer in MY and into the league of foreign players....do it wrong...hmm I hope not

Yep. I know in terms of sun heat, if the house with sand bricks, will very hot. If with clay bricks, heat prevention is better.

Not only clay brick for tenderfield they used clay roof tile for superior heat and sound insulation and last for century as your may see it on colonial building and luxurious bungalow.

Nothing much to comment at this moment coz eco world is doing a great job in d development. the eco world gp sends promo materials to us almost every mth updating and marketing us on the eco majestic project and other projects as well.
