Price didn't increase much since the first merrydale launch. If 20x75 is 726k, this is better deal than the initial 688k for 20x70 which is near highway.

Gentlebre already billed 50%. Likely handover 3rd qtr 2016. Do you have estmates for total cost of a 4000sf built up, 2 storey average specs bungalow? |

The target should be 100% in 5years for gentlebre
. Even at 100%, its only 230psf in 2019. Ecopark already 300+psf now |
