No building plan from them.

20% commencement of the earthworks of the lot
20% completion of earthworks of the lot
15% completion of drainage mains fronting the lot
10% completion of sewer mains of the lot
10% completion of water mains fronting of the lot

5% completion of road fronting the lot
5% VP
