I supposed both ecohill and ecomajestic townships are growing together and compliment each other by their ways like very well planned and eco harmony. They have different design and facade and different range of house and pricing. So they bring in range of people and create full range of community from middle to medium upper and upper end. And may have full range of shops catered for all people needs.
With the opening of eco link. The access is very convenience from southern k l and people moving in gradually in fast paced especially young families. And both players always create events as crowd puller and last for continuing ten years. So. The rental market is growing and appreciating in value. So good to keep it for long term investment.

Ecohill link is one the key changers... It opens up the real potential of LEKAS Highway for the benefit of Semenyih residents..

Yup. The eco link is the game changer that open up the wide horizon of semenyih valley toward modernization of semenyih living bypassing all the rural poor infrastructure surrounding. This transformation of urbanization may progress very fast in the coming five years beyond due to decentralized of young generation toward southern of great Kuala Lumpur.

The distance from Lekas Semenyih till KL city center is around 35km..

The distance I record in this video is from Lekas Semenyih till passby Tesco Taman Midah, which is around 27 - 28km.. Time taken around 32 minutes including the jam due to traffic and a minor accident along Cheras-Kajang highway.

One can see that from Lekas Semenyih toll till Batu 11 toll takes around 16 minutes, distance around 20km.. From Batu 11 till passby Tesco Taman Midah, takes around 16 minutes as well, but distance just merely 7-8km, due to the jam of course...

I am using only a normal handphone with car holder...

Ecohill link shall be opened in 1 month time... It will totally change the perception of traffic inflow and outflow from Semenyih.

Now all eyes on the execution of EKVE, if it is realized one day, another boost for Semenyih property again..
