hopefully EW can deliver quality stuff. been to ijm Bukit Rimau proj....wow everything's in nice clay brick build up ...very solid
but not keen with the env ; still think semenyih n ECo majestic has a better township n environment !! |

Mine story also a bit similar with yours- some wkend in MAY went for IOI bangi new launch since we are from IOI bp; nonetheless upon reaching the site gallery it was quite business as usual ..went to show house..typical dsl...truth be told it's easily 1 or 2 levels down below IOI bp in my opinion intl terms of design and build quality; nxt thing we were almost on our way home and suddenly we remember SP eco hill n off we went ...hmm nothing much left and the distance is more or less alike to IOI bangi...jz when we were abt to leave semenyih we were enticed by the huge banner ad of Eco majestic..so we went. The moment we drove in all the way from the guard house passing some round abouts and finally reaching the sales gallery..m everything is impressive; honestly I think it's many times better than Dpc layout- it din take us long to take the plunge - jz 1 week of much considerations
Honestly we been comparing places like cyber ..dengkil...banging now semenyih ...but the township planning and the injections of the 2 mega giants SP and Ecoworld gave us the confidence abt this purchase !! |

Signed Snp today for merrydale lah - ES trip was jz to feel crowd sensation hehe ...ok still...somehow gallery is small, well can't expect much it's sharing with a few other existing townships. But we do get to meet TAn Sri
After seeing ES...definitely a much better choice to go for EM - IMHO |
