Mine story also a bit similar with yours- some wkend in MAY went for IOI bangi new launch since we are from IOI bp; nonetheless upon reaching the site gallery it was quite business as usual ..went to show house..typical dsl...truth be told it's easily 1 or 2 levels down below IOI bp in my opinion intl terms of design and build quality; nxt thing we were almost on our way home and suddenly we remember SP eco hill n off we went ...hmm nothing much left and the distance is more or less alike to IOI bangi...jz when we were abt to leave semenyih we were enticed by the huge banner ad of Eco majestic..so we went. The moment we drove in all the way from the guard house passing some round abouts and finally reaching the sales gallery..m everything is impressive; honestly I think it's many times better than Dpc layout- it din take us long to take the plunge - jz 1 week of much considerations
Honestly we been comparing places like cyber ..dengkil...banging now semenyih ...but the township planning and the injections of the 2 mega giants SP and Ecoworld gave us the confidence abt this purchase !!

Go for eco maj bro ...its freehold n the air and environment is anytime more refreshing...larger footprint and huge township with commercial area than eco sanctuary . ..IMHO

Discouragement and a bane to potential buyers. Just need to be mindful that in couple of months time lekas interchange would be ready and along with ecohill exit it shd soothe traffic and travelling times.

1.5 yrs back when ecohill was launched, I was similarly adamant and skeptical abt this, especially on the rising
Property prices in semenyih, fast forward into 2015, the inflated pricing jz proves me wrong to sit waiting for a DDD market. Compounded with current political and economic uncertainties a lot of ppl are truly holding back. Truth be told everyone wants a good and attractive deal be it on pricing or on surroundings and within vicinity.
But by far how many of the masses would have gained imagine had they bought into what DPC was back then and had become now ? Likewise to setia alam, Kota kemuning areas or even puchong, cyber and kajang areas? If u look carefully and examine these areas....some are truly far however almost all share the same point- fairly good township planning with F&G or even G&G environment. 10 yrs back wasn't their launching price around the range of 400-600k ? And look at their current fetching price...u shd see a silver lining somewhere now in semenyih

Signed Snp today for merrydale lah - ES trip was jz to feel crowd sensation hehe ...ok still...somehow gallery is small, well can't expect much it's sharing with a few other existing townships. But we do get to meet TAn Sri apparently he's there too

Personally speaking I find the township is quite mixed with a few others, ie. tropicana, ijm, gamuda, road access is quite narrow and high traffic along kesas
And most importantly air quality is not as clean since it's nearer to industrial areas

Was around 390 numbers when we left ES - ok la maybe we got too overwhelmed by EM palace feel

ES- diff ball game, leasehold and above 1m mark, definitely for a diff crowd; hope they do well too...go go Ecoworld !!

For me...it's more abt the backdrop of nature with new township in planning, coupled with reasonable pricing
Hence there's potential for maximum capital gains - 5 to 10 yrs of minimal holding
