Reading your posts I guess you are new to running.

At your current weight, you may have to continue walking the stairs till your weight drop another 5kg. By the time your legs would already be strong for you to do some fast walking/slow running.

You might to run 1km non stop, rest 5 minutes. Repeat 3 sets and increase speed/sets/distance when improved.

imo its a stupid trend.
just consistently watch what u eat everyday... dont have to skip meals...will also be much easier to maintain and probably healthier over a long period of time.

I know people with G6PD deficiency condition cannot take anti-malarial medications. L-carnitine is not a drug (medicine). L-carnitine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins) that is naturally produced in the body, hence it is NOT contraindicated to be consumed by a person with G6PD deficiency condition.  wub.gif

How to reduce my thigh fat
N my ass fat
Now i doing squat 20time everyday
*
no such thing as spot reduction.
just continue burning calories.

squat bodyweight 20times does nothing anyway.

Your bodyweight is 90kg so you are heavy enough to lift yourself. Don't need additional weights unless you grow stronger.

Squat with proper technique to get the effectiveness out of the workout and prevent injuries.

The stair climbs you have been doing should reduce your fat ass.

Time to look at food intake.

Jog/running: 10k everyday (can finish within an hour or so) prolly over do???

Been trying/practising calisthenics and yoga for quite sometime (have strong upper body strength...hehe)

Diet: I eat whatever I want well except carbs such as rice (seldom eat, can go weeks without rice)

Your stats are great. I think you are not looking for weight loss advice. Can you advise us how to improve running and calisthenics? Is rice bad because I eat a lot.

Thanks.

Guys I need tips on diet plan.
Im 21 years old student. Living in a room without kitchen in the house. So cannot cook my own meals nor I have refrigerator in the house. ( cannot keep yogurt/vege/fruits)
175 cm , 78 kg (planning to reduce to 63 kg). Running 5km 4-5 times a week.
I am thinking about having banana before my morning run.
I am clueless about lunch since you know those unis canteen barely serve healthy food.
Dinner. Sometimes I skip since I am so lazy to go out to buy food or I just eat biscuit. 2-3 pieces. After I read this thread, I will start with strength and HIIT training. Thank you.

I'm kind of overweight though. 25.5. By the end of this december. (3kg per month) Unfortunately moving to a house with kitchen facility is totally out of my budget range.

Get an overweight friend to train together (who is rich enough to afford a kitchen facility).

Or whatever.

Many ways to achieve it.

63kg is too extreme for 175cm, become like stick insect.

Hi guys. I'm new here. Wanna ask something related to Fat Free Mass (FFM).

How accurate Tanita machine calculating our FFM? I'm getting skeptical here.

I've read online that we might gaining muscles on our workouts. Hence, we loss less weight due to that.

Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks!
