I tried both Herbalife and GNC. I find Herbalife works better for me. I stopped taking it already. Maintaining my shape with zumba.

Few ways that I can think off for you to improve.

Walk up faster, walk more, walk with a weighted back pack.

Yup, even I was enjoying 50% discount. That's why I stopped laugh.gif
Never heard of idealshake.
I think if you stick to a workout plan each day, you don't have to take meal replacement. Just control your food type icon_rolleyes.gif

I'm pretty bad at controlling my diet...so that's why thinking for replacement meal. Was thinking of GNC since it's easily available but price isn't as cheap idealshake.

Wa how did u get the 50% discount??

If you insist on meal replacement, I would suggest you to consider Herbalife instead of GNC. If you sign up as member, I think you can easily get 35% and you can purchase the F1/F3 online. Even you take meal replacement, you need to have a good self-control too.

I bought mine from my relative who is enjoying 50% discount.

Just to share my weight loss story

This is my third attempt to reduce weight, so far the best ever achieved, hopefully it can goes on

Weight 138kg 6 months ago, able to reduced to 113kg at the moment.

My food change, cut all sugar water, sweet food and fried stuff. Drink lot of water.

Brought packet of green vegetable for lunch during weekday lunch, mixed with tomato, cucumber and 1 chicken or fish

After 5 months, bored with this dish, so cook broccoli with fish or chicken

Exercise at least 3 - 4 days a week, burning 400 calories min doing jog/brisk walking/stationary bike only

Hopefully can go below 110kg by end of next month  biggrin.gif
*
After 3 more months, I only managed to lose another 10kg, weight around 103kg now.

Guess my body adjusted to my 3-4 days per week exercises, but as long as am still losing 1-2kg per month, it should be fine.

Were you crawling up the stairs when you stated you use hands and legs? Your total steps max is only 650?

Will that be your first marathon?

I would think the only supplement you need is protein/creatine (if bodybuilding). Drink protein within 1 hour after you exercise.

3km you should do within 30-35 min. And that's for non-regular runners.

that 1 hour doesn't matter so long as you get your protein within the day

Anyway my stomach pig fat not yet burn much.
I plan start jog around august till december.
Yes is my 1st marathon, try to challenge 5km

Good luck. Marathon is 42.195km.

Running helps burn lots of fat and muscles resulting in reducing body size. If possible learn correct way to run as it can cause injuries due to repetitive stress.
