Anyone knows what exercise can help to tone up the legs? Been squatting lately and I notice that my legs are getting bigger and bigger cry.gif

Nope I don't run cause afraid it will make my legs even bigger. Squatting helps to eliminates the cellulite around my butt but my thigh is getting bigger too.

By the way, anyone tried drinking L5 and Pro 9 for weight loss? I've seen many positive testimonials about it but not sure whether it is true or not.

Hopefully can go below 110kg by end of next month  biggrin.gif

I took herbalife for almost 2 years now. Managed to shed off 6 kgs but never go down anymore.

I tried both Herbalife and GNC. I find Herbalife works better for me. I stopped taking it already. Maintaining my shape with zumba.

Never heard of idealshake.
I think if you stick to a workout plan each day, you don't have to take meal replacement. Just control your food type icon_rolleyes.gif

If you insist on meal replacement, I would suggest you to consider Herbalife instead of GNC. If you sign up as member, I think you can easily get 35% and you can purchase the F1/F3 online. Even you take meal replacement, you need to have a good self-control too.

I bought mine from my relative who is enjoying 50% discount.

I usually go for my weight training after work and I don't feel hungry before or after the training. So I tend to skip my dinner but then I get hungry in the wee hours and can't get back to sleep. Just wondering if I should stop my weight training. Anyone experiencing the same?
