QUOTE(New Klang @ Mar 8 2016, 08:15 PM) Are you a runner? Nope I don't run cause afraid it will make my legs even bigger. Squatting helps to eliminates the cellulite around my butt but my thigh is getting bigger too.Squatting does nothing to increase my legs size but making them slimmer. It was running that made my legs bulkier. QUOTE(ah_suknat @ Mar 9 2016, 01:01 AM) Girls with big, strong leg is the new sexy. Seriously? When I wear short dresses or pants, ewww I find it so ugly.I find them big butt n strong legs sexier than skinny leg with thigh gap. |

By the way, anyone tried drinking L5 and Pro 9 for weight loss? I've seen many positive testimonials about it but not sure whether it is true or not.

QUOTE(Duckies @ Jun 5 2016, 11:06 PM) Hey guys I wa thinking to take meal supplement like twice a day and exercise for my diet plan. Is there any good recommendations? So far I know herbalife and gnc only. I tried both Herbalife and GNC. I find Herbalife works better for me. I stopped taking it already. Maintaining my shape with zumba. |

QUOTE(Duckies @ Jun 6 2016, 11:20 AM) Yup, even I was enjoying 50% discount. That's why I stopped Never heard of idealshake. I think if you stick to a workout plan each day, you don't have to take meal replacement. Just control your food type |

QUOTE(Duckies @ Jun 6 2016, 01:03 PM) I'm pretty bad at controlling my diet...so that's why thinking for replacement meal. Was thinking of GNC since it's easily available but price isn't as cheap idealshake. If you insist on meal replacement, I would suggest you to consider Herbalife instead of GNC. If you sign up as member, I think you can easily get 35% and you can purchase the F1/F3 online. Even you take meal replacement, you need to have a good self-control too. Wa how did u get the 50% discount?? I bought mine from my relative who is enjoying 50% discount. |

QUOTE(uamcy @ Mar 5 2020, 06:04 AM) Really need a lot of mental strength to slim down after age 30. I do not want to go through the whole process again at age 40 or 50. Have to maintain exercising till old and control diet. Agree with your statement above, add oil Now I target another 10kg only. If I continue the diet I mentioned but without feeling weak, is that okay? Or maybe I add the oat portion? The oat contains vitamins and minerals right? I just add hot water to cook the oat. No added sugar or milk. |

I usually go for my weight training after work and I don't feel hungry before or after the training. So I tend to skip my dinner but then I get hungry in the wee hours and can't get back to sleep. Just wondering if I should stop my weight training. Anyone experiencing the same?
