Just got my Fire Red Preve Exec CVT 3 days ago. I was surprised that my car got 6 airbags eventhough it is the Exec model and not the Premium. In the brochure it stated only 2 airbags. Proton need to update their brochure then.

Have 1 question to ask, when I was cruising at 90km/h on a straight highway, and putting only 1 finger at the steering wheel, I realized there was a slight vibration on the steering wheel. The car only clocked 224km on the odometer. Is this normal? Will it disappear after 1000km service?

All preve comes with 6 airbags now even the manual version.
Check your tyre pressure, if persist send it back to sc before 1k km

^Check balancing (and maybe aligement).

Hi everyone, my preve exec just got its 1k service. the service centre use shell helix semi. my question is, why they said the EO can only use for 5k or 3months?

Thanks. I'll will check the tyre pressure later and ask the SC to do wheel alignment & balancing.

I just tinted my car. Brand RhinePro XD-3 4mm safety tint.

Huhh?? Didn't u get any tinting voucher when u purchase the car? what freebies u got other than the rebate?

hmmm. I have went to cose. the only thing the mechanic do is by reflash ECU. and refix back connector done at the seat cause there is air bag light on.

after I tried again it is still have the problem as if there is nothing been done.

I think I have to go and ask them check properly. The next action will be done by the mech is they will flush the cvt gear box oil and then put in again. I don't know how much this will help.

hopefully the next visit will solve this issue.

hi all, i have 1 problem with my preve, my door at driver side is difficult to close/lock. i have to pull very hard then only can lock. I'm worried later the door will damaged if i constantly pull it very hard. before i send to sc, i want to if someone experienced it and know what's the problem and can diy. thanks

hmm.. possible is about car door latch.. actually no problem to push it hard to close the door.. try to inform sc and see whether need to adjust the door latch or not.. every hard to adjust this one.. even slight different few mm will got different impact..

damn, ran over something yesterday, front tyre cut... had to replace with a Rovelo tyre... Anyone know if it's good?

Send it to COES, ask them do front wheels balancing, free, no charge, did mine, dont go outside sc, they either charge u or ask u go to tyre shop to do on wheel balancing which is quite costly. Now traveling at 140 also np

actually it's easier to close the door from outside, just push normally like the other doors. but from inside i have to pull very2 hard, like 3-4times to lock. anyway thanks for the advice.

My power window do not know why, sudden stuck when close up... anyone experience the same and how to resolve?
