this is the 1st time happen since I received my car last 2 weeks.
I call proton sc puchong just now and the service advisor asked me to bring the car for checking.
Will bring the car later this week for them to check.

yes Chuan Hong. exactly what you described here. mines the mechanical glass crack likely sound when i wind down a bit from fully close condition as well as during wind up until nearly fully close. i guess we are having same condition but mines can't be solve by just applied lubricant at rubbery lining area. i just went to SC last week and took me whole day waiting there but do nothing for me besides just spray "silicone spray" at rubbery lining area for 2mins .. that's all !@#$@$@#$. i'm please the technician to help me take a look inside the power window but been refused so as they said "kita half day ja, leceh nak buka tu pintu, lagi pun you punya power window spring dah improved version. tak kan ada problem cam kereta yr2012-13. tu i dah spray, tunggu sejam tu akan hiling bunyi"... sigh!!! as expected the problem still exist today.. i feel fed up with this minor minor problem that need to heading SC frequently but have to wait whole day like idiot but they do nothing after this and just keep ask you come back again... WTH.

they do have their procedure to go.. so first things they do are spray silicone lo.. just same as what we done apply lubricant.. if not working, then might need dissemble the door and check ady..

since you apply by your own, problem still there have to check le.. nvm, find 1 day and go again.. they surely have to dissemble the door ady.. i face this before, they lazy to do.. even spray silicone also said dont have before check with storekeeper.. so ok lo nvm, since that time i just saja passby and ask only.. after that, i jsut apply that lubricant by my own and settled.. just yours have to follow up back by yourself le.. cant help on that ady..

that one need wait 1 hour is cheat.. i put my lubricant, direct settle and smooth ady.. no need wait 1 hour..

i recommend you try your own again.. wind down the window fully.. apply lubricant your own on 2 side rubber lining.. after that, wind up&down continously for 10 times like that.. and check see.. after apply then just wind up&down.. no need wait..

My suspect is the turbo cooling when you stopped your car.

Automatic turbo cooling if it is too hot when you stop your car.

Next time, let it run for 1-2 mins and see whether it stops by itself.

Same problem and solved already (2 times).

Just bring your car to the nearest SC and ask to reset the power window memory.

saw lot's of proton car stock delivered to proton edar near my home a few day ago. maybe ready stock for raya promotion.

I wrote 2 LOOONG email to customer care Proton ask them to speed up the delivery of my car to the showroom, and they (the kilang) send the car to my s.a outlet in just 2 days. apparently i "skip" my waiting q because i made complaint/request to the customer care. LOL

u guys should do the same if you're having same situation like me.
