Ya, i read up whole v21, the most common things are
1. helicopter sound
2. seat got some air packet inside and berbulu
3. back seat got sound
4.engine will stop when reversing into a scope

beside that, anymore to care about?
This can all be settle by the sc right?
*
add on,
5. dash rattling noise when cold, appear randomly
6. left door rattling even without whole plastic panel
7. steering noise when turning, even after suspension mounting, next try steering rack.
8. engine mounting doesnt perform well, you will have some vibration especially cold situation.
9. some of the wood garnish on dashboard break itself.

Anyway, after all these, Preve still a good buy at its price.

All premium have that problem?
*
Yes, basically the HU is rubbish. Haha
So you may change to aftermarket one. Do some soundproofing, upgrade better speaker, your car is almost perfect.
BTW, seat quality is also Preve problem. wrap a leather one is an option.

Acually planning when get car go for the tinted and install revers camera. HU and other will not consider coz if may viod warranty
*
Premium, the stock tint is quick ok, you can just replace the windscreen one then good to go.
About the HU, it wont void your warranty if your workshop know what he is doing. As long as no wire cutting, no warranty will void. even if void, it just wire warranty, other major thing like engine and gearbox not affected.

Went  to the service  centre  in kuching today to rectify  a few problems. Asked the technician about gps, he told me tp update they have to send the sd card to KL. When i asked  about the cost he said it's free but will take  some time. Because i relocating soon i didn't  send the sd card yet and they told me i can send through the service  centre in my new location  later.

Is this a new policy by proton? Cause as far as I've  read here. Gps updates  cost quite a bit
*
Update POI or whole map system?

guys any HU with gps around 1k budget? seems like kenwood causing rm2300 which i feel so expensive. sad.gif
*
If gps is important to you, buy a standalone GPS unit.
HU with GPS doesn't come cheap if good, if cheap then mostly have something lacking. Like UI laggy, FM radio problem etc etc~
Anyway Car stereo is never cheap, especially in Malaysia.

haha yeah i do want to go for a branded good one but nothing is less then 2k which is super expensive. But from survey i had and also experience on my dad HU which was from korea. Its quite durable. so far Nakamichi i heard quite good and also quality wise
*
good thing doesn't come cheap.
less then 2k you can get mid-range model from branded. mostly doesn't come with 7inch display.
Nakamichi was a very good brand before. You can take it if suit you.

yea bro 6inch also good enough dy if branded . but yea as u said nakamichi is quite reliable but if branded ones same price with nakamichi for sure i would go for branded ones. Guess will have to do more surveys. anyone know good shop with good price ? icon_question.gif  like selling nakamichi and also branded players
*
What I know is what you can simply Google, like EA those.
their price usually not cheap. I know one person selling Pioneer at very low price. But not very dare to approach it.
Besides price of the product, you should also make sure workmanship, later wiring fxxk up, say bye bye to warranty.
I myself wanted to change but price doesn't really satisfy the usage. If I have that budget, might do soundproof or leather seat first.

yeah true i asked EA they mentioned about 2.3 k...I was like  shakehead.gif  cry.gif  as u said about wiring and warranty which is quite risky. Now im starting to feel that i rather use my phone. but wen day time my phone turns out to freaking hot dats y thought wana change HU rather then changing my phone after spoilt sweat.gif
*
i asked them before too, the price is reasonable enough coz have to add on component like steering wheel module plus installation fees.
