by reading the manual book, now i understand this is not a problem. the manual says:

Tips for starting:
1. Do not operate the starter motor continuously for longer than 10 seconds; doing so could run down the battery. If the engine does not start, turn the ignition switch back to to the "LOCK", wait a few seconds, and then try again.

You can hear if you twist to the second notch with your door opened. It's the fuel pump priming itself.

how come ceramic brake pads aka performance brake pads bites softer than stock?
rclxub.gif

Not sure if it is performance brake pad or not. But it doesn't bite as hard as stock.
QUOTE(voscar @ Feb 7 2015, 12:10 AM)
i don't think ceramic brake pad is categorized as performance type, it's more like dustless green brake pad... better or equal to stock braking power. but stock brake pad produce dust like emit smoke, drive 2-3 days already rim dirty.

For me the stock bites better. unsure.gif

I don't think it's related to your problem. The tips given should be when your engine cranks normally, not when it doesn't crank at all just because you attempt to start it before everything (fuel system, electronics etc) is ready. I have at times started the car without waiting for anything.

Hey guys,
I encounter a problem recently. When i drove to genting highland, my engine suddenly turn off on a slope up. I need to change back to neutral to restart the car. After that again my engine cut off. takes me at least 10 re-start before reaching top.

Why is this happening anyways? Even my previous 2000yr 1.3wira aeroback also can go up genting highland but not persona? = =a

Hope can get some idea from taiko here. I was so scare that I am going to died that time. = =

If you get front speakers installed, use the fader function in your head unit to bias the sound output to the front speakers. I'm also thinking of adding front speakers. With rear speakers only, the rear passengers will get deaf above volume 11.
