Hey I saw 1 of the Western Heritage unit has covered up the center courtyard during construction. 1st floor courtyard become nice space with good sunlight, it is accessible through a glass door. Can become a nice small garden.

Question is, how did the owner negotiate with developer to change the floor plan and design ? I would like to do so too.

Thanks for the flip. No more pictures from me. The 1st phase SD is 7788. Saw workers cleaning the units. Roads are all ready. The garden at the middle of Grasilis is also almost done. Dont like the blue and green dome but other than that the water garden with walking trek looks gorgeous. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic. Can imagine sipping latte and reading a book at the balcony on the master bedroom over looking the water garden and fountain.

Passby the intercahnges and looks completed. Only work outstanding from what i see is the main road from Lepironia towards the interchange. Observation on 21 Sep.

Likely internal staff or partner constructor's unit.

If u can negotiate the developer to do on behalf, let us know

My preference is to stay in a landed, but all above 1mil++... too expensive so no choice but to settle with isle of kamares... hopefully it's a good buy *finger crossed*

Heard too many negative feedback about cyberjaya; but on the other hands I sort of witnessed cyberjaya growing from "haunted" to "slightly-less-haunted".

I signed it two weeks ago. At a glance I think more than 50% is booked.

I got to know about it coincidentally, and when I make up my mind that I want to buy for own stay, my initial choice of unit has already been taken

SEG will grow...Cyber will boom in few years time. congrats... anyway how is the sales in general..Kamares more than 50%. the Semi Dees??

Anyone knows why the fountain wasn't turn on nowadays?
