Yea....I tot maintenance is base on psf. How come suddenly change?
Furthermore they didnt put specific maintenance fee in the snp. |

SA also didnt tell me of any new package. They say price will remain cause when they launched kamares, gst not in process yet. Apparently if anything it will be more expensive cause cost of building incur gst.
either that or will maintain price. Either way if increase Seg will kena impact on slower sales. If decrease price will kena scolding by those who already purchase before at old price.
