Went into SEG the other day and managed to see the facade of Eastern Heritage. This must be one of the most beautiful facade I have seen in KV.

Well, Western Heritage could be nicer. Looking forward.

I counted every single dot on the screen and got 106 dots.
106 out of 240 units gives you 44% which i mentioned looks like it hit 50%

I may have miss counted a few dots, plus minus 5 but it should be close.

Why don't you try counting the dots rather than just say 3 or 4 sold out of 12 ....

Went to SEG today. When coming down from the flyover towards the roundabout, saw 1 unit of Liu Li extended the back kitchen for around 10 - 15 feet.
Asked the sales person at the gallery, they are not aware of it and are not sure whether is allowed.

Called the management. They allowed for 3 types of extension. If I hear it correctly, the roof must be 3 feet from the fence and column 5 feet from the fence. Please double check on this.

I thought under strata title cannot do extension?
