Can the system feed the electricity needs of the house? If yes, this can reduce the electricity cost of the house. Maybe it is worth installing rather than getting the rebate.

Cant get the photos to be right side up!

Thanks for the flip. No more pictures from me. The 1st phase SD is 7788. Saw workers cleaning the units. Roads are all ready. The garden at the middle of Grasilis is also almost done. Dont like the blue and green dome but other than that the water garden with walking trek looks gorgeous. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic. Can imagine sipping latte and reading a book at the balcony on the master bedroom over looking the water garden and fountain.

Passby the intercahnges and looks completed. Only work outstanding from what i see is the main road from Lepironia towards the interchange. Observation on 21 Sep.

This is a strata development. Each unit is allocated a share unit. Maintenance fee is charged based on the share unit. Somehow that share unit is equivalent to psf.

I notice this. VP letter is dated 16 Oct. Must go to SEG within 14 days to colect keys ie VP, but with a condition that end financier clear off final billings. Bank has up to 17 Nov to clear. So if your bank is late, you can't collect your keys within the 14 days.

The catch is however, if you don't collect within 14 days, based on some clause in SPA you have deemed to have collected your keys.

SP is trying all means to not pay Lad!

Bro, I don't know lah. Got to ask SEG.

Will collect keys this Saturday. Any defects to take note of? I wrote to SEG on payment of BIPV and possible LAD.
