I also think Isle of Kamares is very suitable for retirement home. The size is just nice and the environment is perfect.

QUOTE(Longshot @ Sep 9 2015, 07:58 PM) Lol.... I don't think so la. Many young couple or small family might like it too. Somehow I always imagine the profile of buyers to be those wealthy 50+ and above, they don't need to maintain such a big house and probably travel oversea often. House is always secure and when they return its like going for vacation too...resort in cyberjaya. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Sep 11 2015, 02:23 PM) There is alr as plan in place for future road connecting puchong. The road is the one between SEG and MCT lakefront. U are aware the interchange from lingkaran putrajaya into SEG right? With that interchange we can skip a big U Turn inside cyber prior to connecting to main expressway. Bro, the road you mentioned is it the one from Selangor Science Park side? The collapsed flyover? Or it will be a new road? |

Correct me if I'm wrong...
Isle of Nusantara mainly internal sapu habis... not even sure if they open to public for sale. As far as I know those queue and balloting during initial stage are for Liu Li Garden already. This post has been edited by thecaterpillar: Sep 28 2015, 11:47 AM |

QUOTE(cybertechmkteo @ Sep 28 2015, 12:02 PM) yup u memang wrong Thanks for correcting. Hehe...Recent launch the name is Isle....the accurate name is Charm of Nusantara and it's not sapu habis is memang open for sale via ballot. and its ballot habis by 1st phase purchaser together with Liu Li & Lepi East and it's (charm of nusantara itself) snapped up within an hour during the ballot on Aug 2012. Yup I remember there's balloting during first phase, but is it really sold majority to public? Most of the people that went for the 1st phase also got Liu Li garden only... Any buyer of Charms of Nusantara planning to sell? I've asked one of the SEG SA for Charms of Nusantara estimated VP, coz I want to check if got subsale. The SA told me mostly for own stay and it's mostly internal sapu. The impression given is there will be hardly any subsale unit from charms of nusantara. QUOTE(kkk8787 @ Sep 28 2015, 12:25 PM) I really like the newer Semi D in Lepironia Garden, but I cant afford.Anyway, it's quite impossible I'll get one in SEG anytime soon dy. I went for Laman View instead coz of the very friendly price. Environment is huge difference, but u know la, buying the cheapest landed in Cyberjaya sounds like a good choice too. But my family might be interested if got Charms of Nusantara unit for sale. |

QUOTE(cybertechmkteo @ Sep 28 2015, 12:25 PM) lol only 1 Isle Thanks for the facts bro.yeah the nusantara almost half or more then half were sold to public during the balloting. cant exactly rembr how many of them. reason why u c most of it got liu li garden is because liu li phase 1 has around 100+ houses whereas this nusantara (superlink + semid + bungalows) only a total of 73 units.; superlink itself only 30 units.. so the proportion of nusantara superlink owner seems lower compare to liu li as for bungalows from nusantara open for sell during ballot, it was only 3 of them. can't remember how many semid were open for sell too.. u might b surprise a lot of submarines in this thread is actually nusantara owners too Well, the SA might be right. I've asked one of the SEG SA for Charms of Nusantara estimated VP, coz I want to check if got subsale. The SA told me mostly for own stay and it's mostly internal sapu. The impression given is there will be hardly any subsale unit from charms of nusantara. |

QUOTE(Babizz @ Oct 16 2015, 07:02 PM) 15 mall in cyber but mostly very small malls.. If u coming frm melaka will be shocked at how small their 'mall' is! But so far the tenants in dpulze and Shaftsbury quality not bad ma. It's consider quite a good neighborhood mall. Only mall in ciber doing OK is dpulze n even tht the non fnb tenants nt doing well.. But cyber will always have the most malls as quantity is btr than quality for them Besides that, how many people stays exactly beside mid valley,Sunway pyramid or 1u? Mostly travel quite a distance to go to those regional mall. At least there is a nearby regional mall from Cyberjaya too - IOI city mall. |

Personally I think it's a waste to have a house in such environment if you still need a grill. Install CCTV and alarm system should be more than enough since it's already in a secured, gated and guarded environment.
