I cycle around the site on a windy Sunday afternoon, I see butterflies hovering around colourful flowers and plants. Birds chipping and a huge white bird looking for fish on the lake.

when this place is fully developed with vast variety of flora and fauna, it will be a great place to live in.

Hey bro Soros, for Liu Li garden phase 1 and leprorina phase 1 should be able to meet Nov. I understand that Bali Island is to be delivered Q1 2016, more landscape work has to be done.

Indeed. I don't appreciate the design from scale model and brochure , but looking at the actual building, I am impressed. Very beautiful.

bro, your forum post says leisure mall as destination. it takes another 15mins-60mins from leisure mall to reach klcc depends on traffic. so if you benchmark semenyih and cyberjaya towards KLCC. its 20mins against 40mins-90mins. that's a lot of different, not to mention the terrible traffic condition with the cheras highway.

it is expensive and not too many choices before 2012. Since then many projects launched and most of them should deliver in a year or 2. PRIMA also coming in now so population should grow.

I owe a condo unit too in cyber which delivered last year. a year later its 80% occupancy rate now, out of total 600units.

People willing to stay given the right type of project and price.

Hey I saw 1 of the Western Heritage unit has covered up the center courtyard during construction. 1st floor courtyard become nice space with good sunlight, it is accessible through a glass door. Can become a nice small garden.

Question is, how did the owner negotiate with developer to change the floor plan and design ? I would like to do so too.

From your description, some how i feel you meant the connecting road from selangor science park2 to lingkaran putrajaya; turn left goto Elite, turn right goto MEX.

Bro it is unfair to label that as entrance to SEG "........ thats quite far away from the SEG entrance and its not even cyberjaya, its under selangor science park2.

For now SEG has a few connecting roads; 1.The soon to open interchange from lingkaran Putrajaya 2. coming in from cyberjaya through psn semarak api (pass through sepang council) 3. coming in from cyberjaya road with MCT lakefront project on the left.

Which stretch you see is flooded ?

The small part on the end of east SEG its a swamp area, not mining or lake. That is why the SEG design has the bigger lake on the east with 3 fountain. SPS is very smart in their design.

ah i see, that is persiaran sepang. Well there are many projects along that stretch still under construction ie. SRJK© Union, MCT lakefront, Lake Point Residence, Symphony park and etc.

At this stage you dont expect the road condition to be perfect. And to be exact, this is not consider as SEG entrance, its a public road.

The better entering public road would be persiaran semarak api. And ofcourse later when the lingkaran putrajaya interchange open up.
