Isle of Nusantara mainly internal sapu habis... not even sure if they open to public for sale. As far as I know those queue and balloting during initial stage are for Liu Li Garden already.

yup u memang wrong
the accurate name is Charm of Nusantara
and it's not sapu habis is memang open for sale via ballot. and its ballot habis by 1st phase purchaser together with Liu Li & Lepi East and it's (charm of nusantara itself) snapped up within an hour during the ballot on Aug 2012.

Yup I remember there's balloting during first phase, but is it really sold majority to public? Most of the people that went for the 1st phase also got Liu Li garden only...

Any buyer of Charms of Nusantara planning to sell?

I've asked one of the SEG SA for Charms of Nusantara estimated VP, coz I want to check if got subsale. The SA told me mostly for own stay and it's mostly internal sapu. The impression given is there will be hardly any subsale unit from charms of nusantara.

yeah the nusantara almost half or more then half were sold to public during the balloting. cant exactly rembr how many of them.

reason why u c most of it got liu li garden is because liu li phase 1 has around 100+ houses whereas this nusantara (superlink + semid + bungalows) only a total of 73 units.; superlink itself only 30 units.. so the proportion of nusantara superlink owner seems lower compare to liu li

as for bungalows from nusantara open for sell during ballot, it was only 3 of them. can't remember how many semid were open for sell too..

u might b surprise a lot of submarines in this thread is actually nusantara owners too

I really like the newer Semi D in Lepironia Garden, but I cant afford.
Anyway, it's quite impossible I'll get one in SEG anytime soon dy. I went for Laman View instead coz of the very friendly price. Environment is huge difference, but u know la, buying the cheapest landed in Cyberjaya sounds like a good choice too.

But my family might be interested if got Charms of Nusantara unit for sale.

I have a Semi-D Unit (Nusadua Type, 41×85 ) at Charm Of Nusantara. Might consider selling it, let me know if interested...
