a question..what would decide to purchase landed unit at setia eco glades not symphony hill...especially link houses

Have you visited both site and view the surrounding?
The design, layout, facade, maintenance, proximity to amenities etc

You could possibly list out what you like and don't for both and see which you could live with.
My preference and yours would be different.

Do update us.

Can't really compare, UEM is condo specialist while SP Setia is township specialist. Both have their own forte. I visited Symphony Hills around 3 years back, the landscape is better than Sejati Residence but can't compare with SEG concept definitely biggrin.gif

just a head up ya....

all these liang liang landscape and streetscape in strata title development in the end will cost you big time in maintenance fee tau.

UEM is condo specialist but their Verdi is not the star that shines the brightest.

havent..but i know sp setia eco series properties are wonderful...currently staying in nusajaya..uem township (nusa idaman)...uem houses are spacious...SEG liu li garden seems like smaller even 26*95

will give a visit next weekend

May I know what's the price for an intermediate lot linked at IOB? The website shows 1.5mil, called to the office told me 1.2m++ before discount. But the actual selling price for non-bumi?
