Maintenance, leaves accumulates on the roof and blocking the water way and found its way into the roof. Once cleaned, then its fine. It was cleaned several times by Setia contractors and it keeps getting blocked by the leaves after some time and once its blocked, then water sips in. Guess the roof needs to be done better? (i don't know about it, guessing low quality job that water can sips in into the roof). Mostly happened to the unit with the flat roof type. The usual slanted roof have no issue with it as im aware of.

Possible solution is to trim the trees frequently or remove the one close to affected area.

Jmb approve then can do already right ?

The section of road shown, in masterplan shows it will be built and possibly connect across. Will it be built in the future. As of now left uncompleted

Concrete is porous, unless there is water proofing, ponding water will seepage. Flat roof is more suitable for dry climate not tropical like this country.

Hi everyone.

Any disadvantage of buying unit beside the TNB building?
*
It is a sub station that distribute the power systems not a station generating the power, what to worry?

Let's ask an high voltage technician or engineer here.

I think partly owner maintenance issue also.

Got 1 said is leave choking the water outlet.

Problem solved every time developer clear the choke.
*
Water ponding and shouldn't seepage into the wall or concrete.

my only worries is of what my subsale buyers would be worried.

it doesnt matter how well i know the fact, but if subsale buyers pantang, pantang juga.

People that have 2mil or more may not want to live next to substation. Why would they?

For a start, one get fresh electricity.

High voltage transformer fire is not unheard of and when it occur, it is fearsome.

if your RC flat roof drain blocked and the whole roof is a swimming pool there is always likelihood of seepage and spillage into your house from the roof, right?
