May I know what's the price for an intermediate lot linked at IOB? The website shows 1.5mil, called to the office told me 1.2m++ before discount. But the actual selling price for non-bumi?

Currently surveying for an intermediate unit subsale at Liu Li Garden.

Got a question about the current maintenance fee. 1 agent told me it's RM220 as the resident has took over the JMB and the fee is now reduced. Another agent told me it's RM470 instead.

Any owner/tenant or sifu here can help me to confirm this?

This one much smaller 20x70 = 1400sq.ft land, previous i think around 24x95 = 2280sq.ft of land, so 1 mil+ is about right.

also better landscaping, building materials, fittings and appliances i think

BTW I'm commenting as a potential buyer for own stay, so might have a different perspective than an investor. 20X65 is too small for my needs, so I will not consider even if it's cheaper.

I once view SEG highly for what they achieve.
It is important that a developer is committed to it's master plan as buyers are not just buying the 4 walls on a plot of land. Buyers are buying the environment, landscaping, design, features, community and exclusivity etc.
Ownstay or investment, both go in the same line.

Anyway I could be wrong.
