At least dont build prop facing east n west, smd n bungalows cant escape d side sure kena baked but at least nt kena in front n back

Actually side kena is even worse then front or back.Side is the whole stretch of the house i.e. from kitchen at the back to living in the front. There is no escape. |

You are allowed to have pets as long as they are on leash whenever they are not outside and not endearing other people. Oh yeah, live stocks like ayam, lembu, etc are not allowed even though if you try to declare then as your pets  |

I am looking to get a unit in SEG - will drop by the sales office to check for JOG's availability. Mind sharing the latest package for intermediate lot, assuming the corner lots have all been taken? First time home buyer. |

Someone said got two leloong last yr. Dunno smd or other type.
But better chance in sh n mirage. But cyber is control fh. Non bumi cant buy bumi unit. Otherwise lelong landed will be extremely hard to come by. Nevertheless why need to wait for lelomg? Prices in subsale now not that bad also. |
