Vittaria. Monthly maintenance charges depends on JMB where part of it will be subsidised by SEG. Like other strata titles, monthly charges will be revised during AGM whether to keep the same charges or increase. I will know more once I pick up the key

Too much money that they overflow from the pockets, is it ? Paying RM5,000 monthly loan and get to stay fir maybe just 7 days per month. Might as well rent out and use the money to stay in hotels where u don't have to maintain the room.

usually 'use as weekend home' is the 3rd last option [after flip, rent, let parents stay, airbnb, weekend home, holiday home, keep vacant]

to use as weekend home, you still need to 'almost' fully furnished the house.
AND
if you already stayed in klang valley currently, why bother to go to cyber to enjoy the weekend home? I really dun see the benefits.

Yeah Lilia and Vittaria. VP started since last October, but few moved in already. Saw some units still under renovation and some just received their VP recently.

The place very secure, so no need to install iron grill, right ?
