Too much money that they overflow from the pockets, is it ? Paying RM5,000 monthly loan and get to stay fir maybe just 7 days per month. Might as well rent out and use the money to stay in hotels where u don't have to maintain the room.

Monthly maintenance of over RM600+ is one thing, but who is going to pay the skyhigh monlhly loan ? The son might not have enuf income to do that.

WTH, your own property also can't fence up. What else U can't do ? I suppose can put up 2 poles and string then to hang clothes to dry, can, right ? Can keep dogs n cats ?

Developer still got Ludwigia design semi D 41 x 95 for sale at 1.677m, list price is 1.953m, or over 14% discount. SPA and loan legal fee thrown in. I wonder when they 1st start selling, is it at this price ?

Not exactly true. I contacted the SA about 2 weeks ago and was told they still have 1 unit Grasilis n 6 units of Ludwigia.
