For those who have collected the keys, is there late for delivery from developer? Any LAD compensation?

Ok it make sense else too much traffic will build up inside SEG area.
Not only the Charm of Nusantara islands area but also the whole main road inside SEG which one of the main roads still closed for construction. Note - I used the interchange few times (not official) and two thumbs up for that. From SEG interchange to MEX toll is only 3 mins! QUOTE(Loen @ Nov 1 2015, 11:31 PM) Flyover is not opened yet. No Lad , but I think most common facilities and landscaping is yet to completed . and currently no electric and water meter as well

Don't think there is any LAD.....

Under SPA, if common facilities are not completed, purchaser has the rights to claim LAD on the last 20% until all done up.

Btw, as per Sch H, only need water and electricity to be "ready" for connection. TNB and Syabas are responsible to connect and install the meter to each individual unit.

My unit quite bad , many water mark , all across the master bed room.yet to do the defect complaint yet . I am not worried abt the defect and warranty , however , it will delay the renovation progress ...
The back yard water features all not done yet ... Macam half way only ... Definitely not fit for occupation yet ... |
