changed my radiator nipple today. what a shock, the foreman told me that the plastic nipple already got a crack line and may break at any time. so friends out there, better replace yours before its to late. i'm just very very lucky.

Drove all the way from Singapore to his place just to fit the HU and Roof player.
Overall was satisfied with his work and the product which I used almost 2 yrs...

mandrewBelow photos, first one is the half melted nipple. The second one is after it was removed, and a bigger hole was bored. You'll see a copper tip after all is done.

if you can detect any lick at the nipple before start your journey, then its good enough so that you can shoot straight to the nearest SC. but its not a ready stock. a normal SC will ordered on demand. i had to wait mine's for a week.
jut imagined if you are on a long journey, in a middle of a night, at high speed and its happened. no sign at all when its going to burst due to high pressure, and when its happened, the temp will raised to the maximum, and its already too late.
when this issue brought out, i dare not to do any long distance journey until its already replaced.

temp will go up very fast..it happened to me while going to office the next day after travelling from Cherating to Gombak.
Luckly almost reach office that time.Temp full bar at that time together buzzing sound. Cannot imagine if it happened at LPT.

the plastic receives hot coolant from turbo. If it breaks, the coolant will spill, and so on so forth.

no stock today for copper tip at my place SC (siang hin jalan gombak), maybe nxt week can change. They will give me a call once they received it.
