ekiddie, there is no 'Autumn Leaf Turtle'. Most probably its simply named by the shop people. But i believe it is the Black Breasted Leaf as RM88 is very close to its pricing now. Thanks for sharing. If you can get me a picture it would be great. Cheers.

I found one vege that my RES finally will eat. rclxms.gif well not vege actually but one of my aquarium plants. i think it's called anacharis. RM1.50 for one tie (has 4 to 5 stems). not that expensive but still not as cheap as kangkung sad.gif . BTW, i wonder if it is sufficient to just provide this type of plant in replace of veges? blink.gif

That one should not be used as a daily food. Just for stuff for them to play or for fun.

For a beginner, i suggest u to start with an Elongated Tortoise. They can tolerate outdoor and humidity better. Just that make sure to make your compound predator free. Welcome to the club.

Is it because they do not contain enough nutrients? or because the turtles do not really eat but rather just gigit2 saja

to be safe try and get a tortoise thats already adult size and huge (but hard to find at pet shop plus must cost a bomb). Reason is adult are more hardy plus shell already super hard so dont have to worry so much of predators.

when they mean malaysians, here in lowyat.net, we got quite a number of investors putting their 'funds' in

if 'someone' here wants to have legal turtle/tortoise farm, not easy dream... wonder how to get the license approved

sigh... If like SG our tortoise should go into hiding. I wonder is it illegal to keep them?

I have a question. If the shell looks dented in and/or curved inwards, is that a normal sign?
