UPM: sorry to hear bout ur star, how are they now? usually when a turtle's shell cracked it's hard for them to recover, however i'd heard some cases that turtle did recover after their owner take extra good care of it, so dun give up too soon k?

UPM can treat turtles. its just that they dont have any herps/turtle specialists. but the y have some vets with experience. i just sent my turtles to city pets veterinary clinic at serdang raya (guess you did'nt read the past posts while away)

People, those snappers in Irene and 88 are Common Snappers. Dont be mistaken with Alligator Snappers. They are different, very different.

You will see Mobil on your right, go all the way straight, you will see trafic light
Turn left at the trafic light, go all the way straight.
Before end of the road (3 shop row before shell), turn right at the shop lot. You can find the Pet shop there

From the Sea Park Shell (the one I drew from first picture), turn right at the trafic light
Go all the way straigh,t you will see KFC on your right and a trafic light
Turn left at the trafic light, go all the straight, You will reach another trafic light
Turn right, go a little straight, turn right again.
You will see Caltex on your right, a bit straight, POS office on your left
And in front, you will see the Paramount Pet Shop

The 2nd n 3rd pic hard to understand. LOL. About the TTT V1, i'll put it at the first page. Forget about doing that.

Sure u can see the difference. The carapace and the head is totally different.

Maybe not getting it as Eujax said he can get better price. So we'll see about it.

Kamekame, i saw the Black Breasted Leaf turtle at Irene going at RM90. Am trying to look for other source as one the turtle there isnt that nice, broken toes. You can have a look there first.

Titan, after browsing the page i am sure you can differentiate an Alligator Snapper from a Common Snapper. Its quite obvious actually. Good luck.

for tat price and are sold in pet shops (not breeders)... i'm sure tat price is for a common snapper and not ally snapper... i just can't find any of hatchling ally! maybe someone are hiding it and make de market a harder place to be and once it is out... it can fetch a very good price... i guess for a hatchling... de price will be at least > RM200... i'm still making my hunt! hehe... hatchling is even harder to find nowadays... duH!

upm... very sorry to hear about ur stars... de dog really did a fatal bite on them... hmm... i think de dog thought tat it was food and tries to crack open it... hmm... poor thing...

regarding the skin, maybe try consult a vet

regarding not eating, what food are u feeding him? Is your habitat too cold? If the tempreture is too cold they might loose appetite. Get a basking light to warm them up

waa. common snapping turtle pun ade prehistoric look jugak. look like komodo dragon with shell . ally snapping turtle of course look like dinasour hehe
