QUOTE(zoejehuty @ Nov 1 2007, 03:02 PM) damn sad for me, my res jus escape, dunno when escape since i back holiday for one week... hi, do you keep them indoors or outdoors? by any chance, i think it wont back to me liao... keep for almost 2 years liao... if you keep them indoors and the res had become sizeable (2 years already), chances are you might find it hidden somewhere under table/chair. however, if you keep them outdoors and it did escape, you're (willingly or not) contributing to the disruption of local ecosystem. period. |

Just got an Indian star tortoise today... very inquisitive creature. I put it on my hands on the way back and it was walking around, looking around. Now it has to share vegetables with my guinea pig

Sorry to hear that. Next time when u sun bath them, dont do anything coz u might forget. Just spend 30 minutes with them, 30 minutes is not that long and we need fresh air too.
About the remaining star tortoise, it me be severely dehydrated. Try to soak it inside water and put a water bowl in case he/she wanted to drink. Btw, what kind of tortoise you're looking for ? I try to help you and see if there's any that u are interested in. |
