Sorry to hear that. Next time when u sun bath them, dont do anything coz u might forget. Just spend 30 minutes with them, 30 minutes is not that long and we need fresh air too.

About the remaining star tortoise, it me be severely dehydrated. Try to soak it inside water and put a water bowl in case he/she wanted to drink.

Btw, what kind of tortoise you're looking for ? I try to help you and see if there's any that u are interested in. smile.gif

Yah. . i am more careful now when sun bath them, I did soak the remaining star in the water and it is eating as normal now But the appetite is not as good as before.. Maybe lonely ..hahaha . . .

I am thinking to add Sulcata, Red Foot, Yellow Foot and some other land tortoise into my collection. . But this will take time ... kena jaga pocket a bit . . will slowly add species by species . . I never realized that tortoise keepinh can caused addiction . . .biggrin.gif

yup.. most people prefer tortoises compared to turtles.

however, i'd say that given proper initial setup, keeping turtles is a few times easier and less taxing than tortoises smile.gif

bio filtration, chemical filtration through power filter, canister filter, etc. that sucks all the excrement in and pumps clean water out.. err ring a bell?

but leslie is so lazy bum bum he only use mechanical filtration the size of his pinkie.

anything can be obtained here with enough funds smile.gif.. you have anything specific in mind?
