If RM 700k for inter, an end lot beside view or facing, only worth RM 820-850k max.

Hahaha. Maybe the seller based on concept which refer now IJM selling cluster semi D with 10 ft' land selling 960k (22*70).
Then Chimes is 22*75, so assume bigger than periwinkle, so selling 1 mil gua blush.gif

End lot extra 3ft wide (22x75 ==> 25x75 and 24x75 ==>27x75). So build up will be bigger loh..... plus the extra land

Ohh, end lot in Chimes are all with additional width of 3" to 25x75 and 27x75 ?

Wow, if that is the case, then different story, can sell higher by another RM 150k ono ... lol

Chimes still had 6 units (if not mistaken) of end lot for 25x75 & 27x75........

Minimum start from 1.03M smile.gif

But IJM offer a lot of incentive program. So difficult for sub-sales tongue.gif

1. Jalan Ampang
2. Taman Midah Cheras.

If that is the case, subsale owners kenot sell more than RM 900k bcz RM 1.03m is before discount, rebates and Free S&P and etc

Best way to do this is.

Use WAZE, to calculate.

U can measure it on different timing, morning, lunch, after work.

So you can get a good gauge.

Use google map. It will calculate the route with traffic condition.
You can set starting and ending points
