Every time I come to the Arc, I winced because this is supposed to be Rimbayu’a show case but it’s tally no big deal. As a function place, yes, it’s fine. But I can’t imagine any residents benefitting from it. Done really care about the football field? Or that tiny walkway above ground? If one compare to Desa ParkCity, this Arc is a total disaster, lol

I feel the same too, that's why it hesitate me to place the booking for other phase although it is different design.

Honestly and Basically 3 also nice, based on your budget
EcoWorld high budget,
Tropicana and IJM having lower budget.
IJM having 4 individual title phases (but phase 1 and phase 2 considered sold out, remaining units only phase 3 / phase 4) and 1 strata title.
Tropicana currently only have 1 strata title, also almost sold out.

Actually I'm not sure what happened. I saw people going up to volunteer to be RA committee but I didn't see IJM asking all of us to sign something to set up RA. It's just a witnessing of committee being set up. I'm confused actually. Maybe I was expecting something different. Ha ha.

Boss, when phase 6 will launch?? Wat saiz p6??

I brought my kids to IJM's S2 Heights Hill Park today. Feel that IJM has more passion to build up S2 than Rimbayu, So called green township but their effort is just not enough. Perhaps Ta and Ec can help to push ijm a bit.

I didn't expect so many volunteers as well. It's far exceed my expectation. The response is good. At least it show many do CARE.

IJM follow the book. Everything step by step. Committee are those eager to move in try to accelerate the process of RA, guard house and fencing. So far response is positive
