This segment (>800k) have have limited market now as initial money to folk out is quite a big lumpsum.

If compare to semenyih, many buyer of rimbayu work at cyberjaya, west port, subang, shah alam, which is very near.

Many bought for own stay actually.

Seremban 2 Clubhouse is located at the Roundabout of S2 Green Street Homes and it is due to open very soon.
Standard clubhouse facilities: Swimming pool, Sauna, Gym, Meeting room, Hall, Cafe & etc.
Membership fees: (estimated) RM1,450 per year, renewal on a yearly basis.
And currently IJM is hiring people to manage the clubhouse so for vacancies kindly call 06-7613888 and ask for Mr.Lim — at IJM Land Seremban 2.
