Anyone know chimes still available? i saw ppl selling in propertyguru 22x75 for RM780-RM800k?
Actually i am comparing with Setia Alam new launch 2.5 storey (2330 sqf) RM790K, bigger built up but land size only 20x65. |

What will happen if someone refuse to pay maintenance fee for strata? Can block them from entering the house?
