Actually its much simpler, dont need start blaming CNY/Holiday etc...

Real Estate market is slowing down, most probably peaked somewhere early last year, loans harder to get, demand less (cause in klang valley the supply have far outstrip supplies) all the flippers jumping on the bandwagon are now trying to get out... but real demand is not there.

Ringgit under pressure, chances are Interest Rates will be raised to defend the Ringgit.

All in all, its a perfect storm for property downturn, which is an apt balance as it jumped up quite significantly in the last 5 years.


Just go to any new launching and you can see/feel the difference with how it was 5 years ago

ANyway... I thought of grabbing some at Rimbayu.. but the leasehold kinda put me off...

Unless they come out with some GnG Semi D/Linked Corner unit with HUGE land... then maybe I might be tempted to take a look again la...

Ouch... seems a bit small.. I'm looking to upgrade... so somethign say around the lines of ~2500sqft and with a bigger land.. much bigger then a 10' for sure... maybe along the lines of min 5000+

Developer 1 yr increase 40k still ok...

Broadleaf... 1.5 year increase 400k lol.... and sales man still try to say no such thing when I have the brochure from their launch....

Bungalows... i think those are 2.5M+? If I buy those I cant afford furniture alrdy lol

Anyway... Tropicana project is soft launching next weekend (but only terrace/link houses for phase 1) and EcoWorld project should be soon after that....

Lots of choice coming up in that area...

Broadleaf exclusive? YOu go take a look at the construction... they built it until right next to the road.. like squeezing every inch of available land... where got nice u buy a bungalow open the window and the road is 5 feet away tongue.gif

Ya... Semi D corner.... I think Bungalow in KK area is out of my reach la... I looked around the SemiDs in KK usually goes for 1.7 to 2.0m.... Bungalow saw one 3.5M... sigh...

I heard the delay of Tropicana/Eco was that Rimbayu was anal about letting them use the access road to go in?
