Sounds good ya. New launch has better specs, larger BU, and pay later.
Though it is like 200k more ( 30% leh). Though 660-570 = 90k gross gain. MOT, lawyer fee, bank penalty (early settlement) =30k? Interest cost another 20k? this means 40k before RPGT, left 30k. not really a good yield by flipper, though he might wanna cash out early due to current glut. Have i miss any points? |
