Noticed that the gate area is covered by cement instead of concrete imprint as what has done in their Seremban 2 project which looks nicer.

We are referring to the drive way outside of the car porch, can u see the difference?

Try Imagine if all owners put in the tiles with different color and pattern, then it will looks like low cost terrace...

Went to the sales office today, the SA said they will change the interior design for 3a and 3b show units after CNY.

Also noticed that there is a HTC before Rimbayu, would it be very near to the future Tropicana or Ecoworld projects?
