The 660k unit i doubt is even exist. U may check with that agent whether the unit is still available. Perhaps she will tell u the unit is still available but when u go for site viewing, tarak... no harm to try,  really a good buy if 660k...

I agree too, those agents always quote the lowest price and worst units. Then when you want some better units the price increase a lot

This is call business tactics 

Initially they quote very high price to attract more people to put their unit on sale, now they put lower to attract more buyer come to have a look
