U should know what happen when u see all the houses with price range 660k - 680k are posted by a same agent, no?

yeah..looking for another prop..got the sms as well...
so i searched up iproperty...seem like cheaper..summore bigger land size..

If you have the holding power..yeah..u can hold it..but what if those buyer arent?

Yup, thats my point. Some dont wanna hold and try to reduce burden.
Many flippers buy many and get loan max kau kau in the good time.
Now ...as more of the properties are VP... there is sure pressure to release.

yeah..maybe..but what's the market value for the prop? any idea?
If the newly launch is <700k cant be this exceed the price unless the size is smaller.

will not la. Scarlet is 24 * 70 bu 2200sq with heigh ceiling. This will be some kind of 20*70 with bu 1700.
In another words, should faster get scarlet if want nicer house.

660K is for Bumi Lot.....the cheaper for non bumi I ask is 688K but is 1 month ago tongue.gif tongue.gif

According to SA is less than 700k but more than 600k. Launching in q4. Just that info only.

I agree too, those agents always quote the lowest price and worst units. Then when you want some better units the price increase a lot

I think ok la. But own stay, still better buy Rimbayu.
Because entrance of TA phase 1, opposite is HTC, not behind the precint.
first is eyesore, 2nd really not that good.
But their pricing quite good.
