i saw alot subsale for chimes...asking for 660k size 22*75..isnt it better than the newly launch?

yeah..looking for another prop..got the sms as well...
so i searched up iproperty...seem like cheaper..summore bigger land size..
not really sure..maybe the newly launch is about the same size as well?

If the newly launch is <700k cant be this exceed the price unless the size is smaller.
