MahSing sent a letter many months ago, that the project was extended by 6 months. Expected delivery month is June-2015. Hope it will be done by then...

early buyers got 36 months, MS later sent another letter informing the 6 months delay, did u receive it?

So I was cycling the other day around Garden Residence, guess what I found? The jogging track! Not really complete yet but, it's something!

Ya I did received. But I assume that's just a notification to inform buyer that it will extend 6 months. Delivery date should still follow s&p..? Else MS can keep sending us letter to extend..?

We have already seek legal advice from HBA regarding S&P changed from 36 months to 42 months and sent a joint letter to ministry of housing.

LKW has universities in africa that probably explains the number of PH in cyberjaya maybe through students exchange

Nope. Don't think the track will lead to the water tank.

My S&P state 36 months but I didnt get any letter on the extension though.

Greetings from Mah Sing Group.

Following our recent application for the tariff conversion from commercial to domestic, TNB has responded and said that the project is under the Commercial tariff in accordance to the land title which is under commercial.

However, TNB will re-evaluate the application upon the completion on the connection of electricity supply in Garden Plaza.

Meanwhile, at Mah Sing we are working very closely with TNB and we will be in touch with all the purchasers, from time to time.

Went there yesterday. Judging from outside work, id say august or september is vp time. Work almost complete but they still need to clean/plaster few stuff. Electric to come in.

bridge may be due to some internal design problem....they are thinking how to solve....lol
