Just check history Talam fail is because it build too much apartment during 98 financial crisis.

Talam failed because of they can't manage their financial problems and caused delays on many of their housing projects. If the developer can handle their manangement properly, I don't think building too many appartments is a problem as long as they can sell it. |

For those who worry about the quality of this project, one of the past project that we can refer to is the M-suite in Ampang. M-suites thread: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1540858/allNot much discussion, less discussion means less complains, which is good I guess. Check out their photos in property website as well, furniture provided by Mahsing looks good! |
