I just double check my S&P, it was dated Sept 2011, suppose to handover within 36 months, but Ministry of Housing & Local Government approved the project to extend to 42 month. Which means it suppose to finish by March 2015.

May I know anyone has signed S&P earlier than me?

You can Charge Mahsing LAD after 42 mths, I asked lawyer already

There is a letter from Mah Sing with an attachment about the extension approval. I also feel curious how the Ministry can override the signed S&P?

When I sign my S&P, I was told that it will be 36+6 months for completion because of the fully furnished..
I don't mind it takes a little more time, as long as MH can deliver food quality

I guess earlier buyers got 36 months instead and Mahsing change that later, mine also 42 months.
