Friend.. don't simply make sweeping remarks like this la.. when did Talam build high density project? The nearest Talam project nearby is Saujana Puchong which is all landed and actually very peaceful living now and how does this GP look like Talam? This GP is high dense but if you look at the whole project in general which is Garden Residence it is actually not that high dense.. compared to all the new up and coming OKR projects this is nothing. At least it has proper traffic flow and system in place.

Good/Bad News! It looks like GP will give VP (come with furnishing) on time in March 2015! Ngam Ngam before I claim LAD. They are already decorating some of the units.. apparently. This come from the Manager in charge.

Back in Dec I mention that the project will be ready in march 2015.. Now that the star have quoted again March 2015, why you guys still don't want to believe? Anyway am looking forward to getting my keys finally after 4 years of waiting. . Sigh
